Collaborative, innovative, and sustainable architectural design solutions for a better world.
We use our experience in 3D modeling to create MEPF construction models. 3D modeling ensures that the routing of the pipes is collision-free with the components. 3D BIM models are very valuable to the project as they provide better visualization, clash detection, constructability analysis and much more. Apart from being well organized, the model provides the contractor and other trades with an added dimension and consistency in execution. Our goal is to deliver BIM models with accurate details so that greater efficiency can be achieved on the construction site. Our data-rich BIM models have the following features:
– Delivery in the desired Revit versions, Revit Fabrication, NWC, DWG and/or IFC format as required.
– Embedded in the desired level of detail from Level of Detail LOD 200 to LOD 500.
– Model creation for all MEPFSC trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural and civil engineering)
– Creation of Revit family libraries of MEP FSC components.
– 4-D and 5-D BIM models with extensive data for scheduling, quantity take-off and cost estimation.
– Meaningful 3D models from 2D drawings.
– BIM models can serve as important input data for Digital Twin and thus optimize facility management.
– Real-time interface: Provides better visualization without visiting the website.
– Get well-organized designs: Industry-grade 3D models.
– Cost-effective: Save millions of Euro and tons of hours of rework.
– More power: You have more control as an engineer.
– Easy to share: Share models and communicate better.
A shop drawing is an intricate and accurate drawing, or series of drawings, made by fabricators, contractors, or manufacturers to show how to assemble, install, and construct a particular system or component as part of a bigger construction project. It offers a thorough illustration of the fabrication, assembly, and installation process for the system or component.
Dimensions, finishes, materials, and other parameters required for the fabrication and installation process are usually included in drawings. Usually, they are made for things like architectural components, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural parts as well as custom-made goods.
In this procedure, the manufacturer, fabricator, supplier, subcontractor, consultants, or contractor develop a drawing or set of drawings.
We have information for project stakeholders in our process that is based on specification sheets, construction documents, and product data submittals. Our shop drawings are of the greatest caliber, and they pass through a team of quality control specialists to guarantee that the field teams will have less and fewer questions.
Using the conceptual designs and specifications, a coordinated BIM model is created for the drawing process. The results of the meticulously planned BIM process are these two-dimensional shop drawings. By using the information in these shop drawings, which were prepared by BIM Services LLC, layouts can be started in the field. The following information items are included, but are not restricted to, the shop drawings that BIM Services provide:
